I wasn't a huge fan of Gettleman, especially with his dumpster diving bargain bin patchwork OL approach to protect our $100 million investment at QB, but firing him like this just makes this organization look like even more of a gong show than it already is.

team had no clear direction, and i've said for a long time dg is married to his opinions, great with cap and finding undrafted fa's and talent, but the team always seemed one step behind besides the 2015 season, which i think the players and coaches deserve majority of the credit for, gotta be able to adjust in this league and dg's stubbornness cost us a couple seasons, timing is damn sure off however
