How is charging $5 a ticket (hypothetically) going to stop people from reserving blocks and scalping them?

I doubt the fanfest "scalpers" from last year were real scalpers as much as "fans" who are jerks

When a bunch of millionaires who fail on the field charge ordinary people money to watch them practice failing on the field...hoo boy. Have we reached peak NFL?

31 other teams.. Pick another one.

It's hilarious to see the people that are complaining about having to pay.. It's the exact people you would think that would have a problem because they complain about everything else the team does. Haha

I don't know if the internet created these whiners or just makes them more visible to the world but it surely magnifies the behavior.

Does anyone know if there will be a band or fireworks afterwards like in years past? I couldn't go to last years' Fanfest because Ticketmaster kept crashing and kicked me out of its system everytime it did. By the time I finally got in, there was nothing left.

The problem is all the people that scooped up 6 tickets last year because they were free and ended up just not going. So many empty seats last year.

If they charge a small fee it will automatically eliminate those wishy washy fans who claim a block of seats without knowing if they will go or not.

Actually it wasn't because the tix were free that there were empty seats. It was the weather forecast calling for thunderstorms that kept people home. And it did pour buckets which left more seats empty afterwards even if they were in the concourse.
