No we just need a coaching a staff that can develope them. Ricky came to us late in his carreer. He was already coached and ready to go. The reason in Fox 8 years with the panthers we only have had one great WR develope. That was Steve smith. Since then nothing. If we can fire fox and his staff and bring in a caoch who can bring in guys to develope WR and a good QB. Then we are good to go.

Nah, with this coaching staff we need players that know how to play already and know how to stay self motivated. Look at Peppers for one, he was motivated last year, got what he wanted and now he is average, if that.

I don't think coaches can really develope a guy like Proehl. He was Mr. Clutch from the beginning of his career. He was Mr. Clutch at Wake Forest. Some players just have that. He just had the disadvantage of playing on some really crappy teams in his early career.
