There is almost no chance we sign this guy.  Has been cut by both teams he has played for.   He has caught a few more passes than Funchess, albeit on teams that pass more than we do.  At this point, his play on the field does not indicate he is better than Funchess.  Add in behavior issues and, well my guess is he will be out of the NFl in a year or two.

its amazing how everything comes back to Shula. Will he finally call the plays for Cam to be the best ever?  Cam has (wr) the speed, the height, and the speed/height to do it.
