For Steaks I marinade them for 24 hours in Pineapple and Orange juice.... you can cut them with a fork.

-My Buddies Home Made(he markets it locally - Range's from hot to ghost pepper

- Ponzu

- Tare

- Anything Hot I make(I got a poo ton of recipes, and trust me, they all burn.)

- Fish Sauce(the good stuff)

- Texas Pete(because nothing that is mass produced goes better on eggs and Grits)

This pisses me off because it depends on the meat!! I like A1 too, but it is conditional.  I like Heinz 57 on grilled pork chops and I am not going to apologize for that!   It also grinds my gears that SCP asks us what our favorites are in the thread title, but then tells us his top 10 and does not seem to care what our top 10 sauces are.  Who does that?  To further piss me off, he fails to consider the fact that if you say a sauce he already posted, he can accuse you of copying his sauce.  This was handled very poorly and I think he was trying to find better sauces to enhance his own list of sauces so the next time he is at a party and the topic of best sauces comes up, he will be the most impressive contributor to the conversation.  Got you figured out, SCP--if that is your real name!
