Ghost Scream (original)

Ghost Scream Garlic Jam (an exceptional take on sweet n sour)

Don't Pear the Reaper (Pear and Car Reaper sauce, very hot but intensely flavorful)

Tapatio

A couple of local Sauces I like are Anthony's Caribbean  jerk sauce and I like John Boys grilling sauce on chicken

Spicy AF Jerk Rub

Korean marinade + bbq sauce (works for fried or grilled)

Habanero citrus brine - any chicken, pork chops/loins, turkey

blueberry chipotle bbq sauce for smoked ribs

blueberry maple syrup

Franks hot + vinegar + butter + cumin + cayanne + pepper

lime chipotle crema for any type of taco

Take some G Hughes BBQ sauce and add some Liquid Smoke too. Boom! Heaven.
