The Skins are probably the worst team in the league, no excuses next week

Flexibility is good.

I wasn't trying to be an ass, but it just seems like this thread wasn't thought out at all. I said weeks ago that the Redskins were going to beat the Panthers and I based that on watching both of the teams play. Next time I'll just make a thread and throw some random assertions together, though.

You aren't very concrete in your beliefs, are you?

Seems like you jump from one bandwagon to another.

Huh? I made this thread when they were being shut out at halftime by the Bucs at home. It was premature, that's all.

I'm on no bandwagon. I don't give two shits how the Skins do this season.

Skins fan here. :seeya: Yes we are 2 and 2, but in reality we should be 0-4. We got outplayed by the Bucs and were fortunate their kicker missed 2 FGs that would have beat us. We were also very fortunate against the Rams as well. Our offense is horrible and predictable (when in doubt, he's running left), and we have Jason "Candle" and Jim Zorn to thank for that.

I have the Panthers winning this game. 17-10 :banghead:

It better be worse then that, or our season is over. I was hoping for something like 34-13...

If the Panthers do not dominate this game then I fear the season is in the toilet with no hope of salvation. They have an extra week to prepare for this game which by recent evidence is not a reason to be optimistic. They are by all accounts playing an inferior team, judging by the overall talent level alone, discounting the QB. There is no reason this team should loose this game. They should win this game in a blowout. The final score will give a very good indication of how this season will go. Anything less than a blowout and we are in for a long season.

Washington will pound us with a very heavy dose of Clinton Portis, Ladell Betts, and Chris Cooley will have a career game in the red zone. Moss and will hurt us deep and Randel El will move the chains underneath.

We might have a chance but it will be a close game.

If the Panthers don't make big plays against the Skins on offense and defense, then I'm done watching them this season. I want to see big hits, tds, ints, inspired play. I'm done with this team if they can't even make plays against the worst team in the NFL.

I feel like I should be getting paid to watch the Panthers struggle for each and every little inch they gain on offense. Then the opposing team comes out and cruises down the field for a td. That, or we find a way to f*ck up their offense by accident. I find myself saying "oh god I hope he trips on the turf, it's our only chance."

Then after the game, Fox comes out and see's the press cameras, and I can literally see his soul leaving his body. Why did we lose Coach Fox? "The team didn't execute well enough to win. We had a chance in the first quarter, when it was 0-0."

If we lose to the horrible Skins, then I'll listen to the rest of the games on the radio while I'm doing something else. Gonna be tough to listen to Mixon, with his permantantly stuffy nose, weak nasal voice, total lack of testosterone, and pre civil-war southern accent. Oh well, FA shopping spree next season!

The only guy that scares me is Cooley, he could very easily pull a Tony Gonzalez on us....

P.S. I respect you're honest assesment of the Skins. It's always nice to have a visting fan from another team come on here and be real... + 1 rep.

If we can't beat the Redskins then we can't beat anyone and will be the first team in history to have traded away their first overall pick for a second round pick.

edit: oh sh*t the redskins have gotten going, look out.

The Niners traded a second round pick to the Colts a year 3 years ago.

Also, I am sick of hearing this "we traded away a 2nd round pick for a 1st" non-sense. We traded it for a 2nd and a 4th. That fourth happens to be our 3rd Rb and returning kicks for us.:dupe:
