Butternut squash risotto, paprika, thyme, dry white wine and gluten free vegetable broth. I've never cooked risotto before, it takes time and attention but worth it.

Yes I did sprinkle some parmesan on it...because it looked pretty

Check out and try chickpea pasta when you get the chance. Loaded with protein and clean!

Some really great stuff in this thread.

I train hard and eat clean.  Once in awhile I'll eat whatever I want, but since I was a teen I've had stomach issues so fried food is a no no for me (had surgery).  Recently I'm really pleased with the balance I've found.

Nothing is forbidden, but I only eat red meat on very special oocasions (If I'm visiting family or on a vacation or something).  Other than that it's veggies and lean meats for the most part with some exceptions here and there.  As many others said, plants are at the nucleus with all other foods in orbit.

At this point it's not even about discipline it's more about habit.  For me it would take more effort at this point to eat another way.

Congrats to everyone for doing the damn thing.

Is that the same as pescatarian?

Yea that's it. I mainly eat fish in sushi. I could go as far as eating any seafair and that would be pescatarian but I really don't. My family has a history of high triglycerides so fish and fish oil is important to me.

I actually add fat and triglycerides to my coffee each day. It works wonders. I add coconut oil, real butter and MCT oil to my coffee. It takes some getting used to but I love it now.

Have you passed this along to Kelvin yet???

I've found that water is huge for me.  Staying hydrated keeps me from snacking, and I just feel so much better.  I probably average 4 liters of water a day.  I sweat a lot of it out while working out, but it's made a big difference for me.

Congrats on the new lifestyle!  Great work.

Most of y'all know what I used to look like. Eating clean, lifting heavy and cardio. BF% and weight have dropped dramatically. Body has transformed from gross to muscular. Healthy af and feel great. Major changes were getting rid of red meat, bread and sugar /processed poo.

I'll probably never completely give up meat. Went vegan for a few weeks inspired by Igo this spring, and it was good.

I'm thinking about going for a month vegan soon. I find it's easier to abstain when you know it's only for a specific time frame. I've never had a weight problem, but I like the way it feels. I was never expecting how well I would sleep, and wake up feeling refreshed when I went vegan.
