Which reminds me, how crazy is it that Boston is picking 3rd?  And could have been picking 1 if they felt like it.

That trade they made back in 2013 with the Nets looks quite genius right about now and god awful for the Nets (who seem to be more focused on helping every other team in the NBA out instead of helping themselves).

Man Ainge flat out played them with that trade.  He is just stock piling first rounders.

No kidding man.  I don't know what Brooklyn was thinking?  KG and PP were like 37 and 36 at the time of that trade I think??  Ainge definitely killed that trade.

They'll probably split minutes and Howard will be the starter on paper. Dwight doesn't stay on the floor for long and can't close out games with his FT shooting. Cody's already getting backup money as is and doesn't have an ego to stroke.

Go back and watch the 2009 Orlando Magic and look at the system they used. Now imagine a slower less athletic Howard in that same system again and you'll get an idea of what to expect from Dwight Howard this coming season.

I was curious why the Hawks wanted him gone so bad and apparently much of the time he just quite trying all together, even the playoffs.  He could end up being extremely frustrating to watch\coach etc.  He puts up a double double not even trying though.  lol
