This is one of those statements that lends credence to the myth that Cam is a Mike Vick one read and go QB.  It's just not true.  Cam is a QB simple and plain.

You can wonder but what carried the 2015 team was attitude, confidence and emotion and that was mostly led by Cam. I see Luck is way more even keel which can be good as well as not as good. Otherwise we would start getting to unprovable hypotheticals that never get anyone anywhere.

Not saying you do but a lot of the talking heads fail to mention the Colts made sure he had weapons to throw to. If the O-line excuse doesn't work for us why does he get a pass?

Cam is a QB. He's a great one. But Andrew Luck is a better Quarterback. Cam Newton is a better football player.

Luck has better weapons and will probably have over 600 attempts. So the chances of Cam beating him in bulk stats are slim.

I do think Cam can have a better td%

Hence why I knocked 4 wins off the total. That's a huge difference in success.

But, it's just disrespectful to the rest of that team and quite frankly absurd to suggest that we would've gone from nearly perfect to sub-.500 by subbing Luck for Cam.

How so? You think Luck's getting 14 rushing TDs or using the weapons we have the way Cam has? I don't think so. Plus they (Colts) draft weapons for the kid year after year while we're over here excited that DG used the first three draft picks on offense. It's mind boggling. Yeah he may have better stats but those stats aren't doing anything for him in a weak AFC South.

I don't even like Luck but sheesh..... Because hes white you act like he isn't a heck of an athletic QB.... 

 

Dude is 237 6'4 ran a 4.67 40 had a fast three cone and vertical than Cam (short area quickness).

Didn't watch this. Especially after a month ago they had a Luck vs Newton debate and everyone said Luck over Cam. Even after naming all the accolades and roster differences...
