I think they are right.   Boulware might not make it into the starting rotation anytime soon but he'll be a huge contributor on Special Teams.

As someone that has actually watched practices, I am far less convinced. Pulling for him, but he has a long way to go against players well ahead of him at this point.

Non of the UDFA receivers will make the regular roster.

I'll be very curious to see how Austin Duke & Cole Luke do in training camp.  Their names have been appearing very regularly (especially Duke) as OTA stars.  I'm fully expecting both to be PS guys.  But you never know... 

Even PS positions could be tighter than usual this year.  I keep wondering if we'll keep Gilbert on the PS as a developmental QB.  If so, that steals a place that might have been available to one of our surplus WRs or LBs.

I think it's fair to say:

Benjamin, Samuel, Funchess, & Shepard are locks.  

That leaves:

Charles Johnson

Damiere Byrd

Keyarris Garrett

Fred Ross

Bersin

Kaelin Clay

Moze Frazier

Those guys are fighting for that 5th spot (maybe we go 6 deep but I think 5 this season) 

Byrd may finally have his active roster shot.
