Goodbye Georgia Dome

It's about time :: the "horribly outdated" Georgia Dome will finally be imploded on 11/20.

 

Despite all our best efforts, the demolition time will not be at 2:32pm... a time near and dear to our hearts.

Have you never heard someone say "quarter to three?" To and 'til are used interchangeably here. I didn't catch it at first but it was a very good subtle usage of a 28-3 trash talk.
