Ted Ginn Jr.

Recommended Posts

Like others, Brees provides good hope for a solid season from Ginn, and as a fan while he was here, he can, and will frustrate the fan base with his inconsistency, and he's only getting older, he is, what he is...a big play, or a big drop waiting to happen.

    • we're not. i play around with a playoff simulator when i'm REALLY bored (not as often as i would like, btw) and there's a few scenarios that it could work. i mean the NFCS is a mess right now and we're actually looking like the toughest team in the division to beat.
    • Every pick is a gamble we got that. And yes I am saying the higher you pick the more options you have. More options has never been a bad thing. Having your choice of said blue chippers is better than saying okay the blue chippers are gone let's look at a red chip. can I say Tmac or Hunter will have a better career than Burden? No.. it's a gamble... but I want the right to choose and not have destiny ordained to me. And yes Landing a bonafided stud like Chase or Jefferson could be the difference between meh and super bowl. Clearly we aren't talking about leggett the way teams view Nabers or Harrison JR or Brian Thomas Jr. They were better prospects all gone before we had the right to choose them. you rather choose than have to settle is all.
    • This. DJ Moore was a bit raw as well but he didn’t turn 21 until a couple weeks before the draft. Legette turned 23 a few months before the draft. Moore also contributed as a freshman. Right away. It took 4 years for Legette to have as many yards as Moore did his freshman year. Raw is OK if you are 21 at the draft and still had some decent college stats. Raw is too risky if you turn 23 before the draft and only have 1 year of college stats. We’ve taken way too many risks in our recent drafts and we are doing it day 1 and day 2, not day 3 where players with multiple risks go (older, raw and injured).
