Ted Ginn Jr.

Like others, Brees provides good hope for a solid season from Ginn, and as a fan while he was here, he can, and will frustrate the fan base with his inconsistency, and he's only getting older, he is, what he is...a big play, or a big drop waiting to happen.

    • So your hatred of the Cowboys is stronger than your love of the Panthers? Being competitive like we have the last few weeks, but still losing the game is 100% the best thing for this franchise long term. A single meaningless win in a lost season isn't going to give the players or staff some newfound confidence that will carry over into next season and help the team, hell, a couple late wins wouldn't have any affect on that at this point. Drafting in the Top 5 vs even say 10th can be a game changer 3 years later.  No, not all draft picks are guaranteed to turn into stars, but if you're picking in the Top 5, especially if 2 QB's get overdrafted before you, you're leaving with one of the 2 or 3 best players in the draft class and have a better chance of them turning into a superstar than whoever you're getting 5-7 picks later. I've never understood why people can't see the bigger picture at this point in a season and root against your team because you know that's really what is best for the franchise's long term future.  If we were already sitting in that 10-12 range and don't have as many holes in the roster, then yea, you root for the wins to build upon the next season (see the Lions 2 years ago), but that's not the case for us.
    • I can't recall the last time a blocked punt ended up being a good thing for the kicking team.
    • I don't remember ever seeing anything like that in a game.  Blocked punt, touched, then recovered by the kicking team.
