Coaching is why Jarrett shows bust

He never gets thrown the ball, he knows the offense now. The only thing holding him back is not getting thrown the ball.

period.

How do you know for a fact (which is exactly how you presented it with the bolded statement) that he is versed enough in the offense for them to feel comfortable with him out there more?

Good point. Add to tha, the fact that he could know the offense but still struggle to find openings in the defense and figure out how to get open on a particular play. Even then he has to earn Jake's trust that he will be where he is supposed to be and then catch the ball. I am not sure he has done any of that at this point.

How do you know for a fact that any player on the field knows the offense?

The ultimate troll comment when you got nothing of substance to add to the conversation.

Still no list????

Once again your royal denseness.....I GAVE YOU A LIST of every WR we ever drafted.

I also told you that it is stupid for you to ask me for a list of WR's that have gone elsewhere and produced when they sit on the bench here and rot, or are pieces of sh1t to start with.

What don't you get about that? Yet you still keep clinging to "where is my list" as if you have won some huge battle. You are only proving my point further.

We lucked up with Smitty and Moose, and other than Donaldy Hayes we have never, ever, developed any receiver we've drafted. The ones that produced for us, and are still producing had nothing to do with any Fox Drafts.....the 2 most influential in team history just still happen to be here. In fact, Smitty dictates what he wants to do. Don't believe me, find me the quote where he said he wasn't doing return duty anymore. HIS CHOICE.....

Anyway.....get off the give me a list sh1t, because there isn't one. I gave you the entire list of WR's drafted since the inception of this organization, and anybody with the smallest amount of common sense can see there is nobody on that list that could have gone anywhere and done anything. Call it development, or pieces of crap we drafted...the fact is, it was one or the other, and neither is a good thing to brag about. Jarrett remains to be seen.

I'm not the one who stated as an absolute that he knows the offense, you are. There are players who are on the field for only certain plays or situations. I.E. Everette Brown. Do we KNOW that he knows the whole entire defensive scheme? Maybe, maybe not. But he's out there only situationally.

Jarrett has the problem alot of Big WRs have coming into the NFL. Yea he is big with good hands but he just dose not know how to separate. If you cant do that your not gonna be very successful in this league. I still think we should have learned with Colbert. USC WRs have trouble in the NFL for some reason. Not all but most.

No. So I'm guessing the only thing holding back Dengelo Williams in 2007/2008 was DeAngelo Williams?

Yea but it was clear in 08 that Dwill was better then Foster. I mean it was crystal clear. Jarrett on the other hand has not shown he is anywhere better the Moose at anything..... He dose seem to be ahead of Kenny Moore and If you want to talk about coaches holding a player back then lets talk about Moore.

Still with the insults while pretending to be wronged? Lets just move on. I can't see any more coming out of this conversation. I have had no real issues with you in the past and don't have any now. At least I don't up to this point and would like to keep it that way. Particularly on a pleasant Sunday morning. Don't need folks ruining my mojo.

How about a truce for a while??

Yes as stated by Williams.

His blocking was not up to snuff and his work ethic was poor until he got told by Testaverde.

Didn't know there was a war going on, just stating the facts, and calling it like I see it, as should you. There isn't a fact I pointed out you can argue with a valid response, and you know it, and you don't like it. Pretty much sums it up for me.

As long as you continue to delude yourself we have no issue. I don't feel the need to respond to something without merit. Sums it up for me as well.:cheers2:
