If you think at that age he's gonna play on a minimum price "prove it" deal and risk the always present chance of career-ending injury while making almost nothing instead of looking for a full-term contract and as much guaranteed money he can get at this point, you are just deluding yourself.

He made Nick Foles look like a competent QB and Maclin look like an "elite" receiver.

Maclin is a very solid WR that has played with straight garbage (Foles and Smith) as his QBs and has still produced.  You'd be crazy to think he wouldn't be an immediate upgrade to our WR core.  That being said, DG isn't gonna sign him.
