Living in Europe, this seems weird to me. My impression is that at least Brady & P. Manning are more known than Cam.
Scandinavia/Northern Europe may be an anomaly though..

Actually, Tom Brady is above him.  Cam is second.  Just FYI.  You had the old list.  This is the new list:

Manning retired, Brady is above Cam.  So, that's partially correct.

Not really surprising that the list is dominated by soccer players.  Even basketball is more popular in most parts of the world than football.

Basketball is seemingly way more popular. Having spent the last 9 months abroad I never saw any NFL merchandise but plenty of NBA and even baseball jerseys. Actually a lot of NBA jerseys in  SE Asia.
