It was the letter from Season 1 that Cersei forced her to write to Robb saying that Ned was a traitor and to bend the knee to Joffrey.

How about this for a potential plot twist?  The hound gets turned into a white walker and gets captured.  They ship him to Kings Landing, then we see the Mountain vs the Hound with a zombie vs zombie twist.
