Not to mention...that water looked soooooo damn deep to be just a couple feet from the bank. Minor thing, but a few "Walking Dead" type nitpicks tonight

Lake James is a hundred feet deep about ten feet from shore. But it's also a mountain lake. They didn't look to be in the mountains haha

Both this episode and the last episode have had fantastic ending sequences and the production quality is through the roof. Who was it that tackled Jaime into the water? I was watching the leaked version so I couldn't see too well during some parts , and it also happened pretty quickly.

For some reason I was pretty creeped out when I saw the cave paintings of the ice king more so than the CGI depiction of him lol.

I just thought it was stupid once Dany had realized there was a ballista down there she shoulda flown away she had all the time in the world, the battle was pretty much already won by the Dothraki and she already burned all the supply chains. But no, she flies back right towards the damn thing. I knew she wouldn't die but damn sure deserved to, pretty stupid move .

They are showing you that she can't be trusted with power/fire.

We aren't sure who knocked him off the horse, but Bronn was looking at a loose white horse earlier, and both the horses that turned into burnt ends were white.  Guessing it was Bronn, but could have been Dickon I guess.

The exchange with Bran and Littlefinger was a bit of a let down.  Not sure what the pouty look was about with Sansa watching her sister be badass.  Jaime and Bronn surviving might be the "Glen under the dumpster" moment for this show.

My guess?  She is scared of what Arya has become.

Pretty sure it was Bronn. Whoever knocked Jamie off the horse wasn't wearing armor.

One thing I'm confused about last episode is the cave paintings. It showed that the first men and the children fought the white walkers together in the past, so why last season *or was it two?*  did it show the children create the white walkers to fight back men because men were hunting them? Did it go from men hunting children to children creating the WW to fight man to children and man fighting the WW?

Yeah the way I understand it is the chilren created the WW to battle the men, but then the WW went all WW and became a bigger threat to all life so the chilren and men got together to kill the WW and build the wall.

I'm also thinking Arya will kill LF with the same weapon he used in the attempt to kill her little brother - poetic justice.

I don't think Littlefinger is responsible for Bran's attempted murder.  Not sure the show will ever tell us,  but I think it's been mentioned that it was Joffrey that put that together.

    • I don't get the Hunter hate. Just imagine his ceiling if he stopped trying to be this 2way freak and focused on one side of the ball
    • 100%.  You have to play the cards that are dealt.  Not the cards you wish were dealt.
    • I'd say its definitely going to be addressed this off-season.  We went into the last draft with a roster of RBs including:  Chubba, Blackshear, and Miles Sanders. We picked Jonathan Brooks in the second and still signed Rashaad Penny afterwards.  Fast forward....One turned into a top 10 back, 1 is injured/out for most if not all the '25 season, 1 retired, 1 will either take a huge paycut or be cut, and the last is a restricted free agent. We brought in Mike Boone as well. Add him to the free agent list also.  We need a physical option.    Which qualifies:  Ashton Jeanty(Boise St): Overall ranked Top 10. Almost 2k yards after contact, 28 tds. Would take our first rounder. My money would be on an NFC East team selecting him. (97.2 PFF run grade) - 121 forced missed tackles.  Omarion Hampton(UNC): Ranked everywhere from 20 - 59 overall. Consensus #2 back after Jeanty. He'll be a second rounder. 1,222 Yards after contact w/ 15 tds.  (90.5 PFF run grade) - 72 forced missed Tackles Kaleb Johnson(Iowa): Ranked from 38 - 69 depending on which media outlet you prefer but generally #3. 2nd/3rd possibly. 1,060 Yards after contact w/ 21 tds.(86.7 PFF run grade)- 66 forced missed tackles Cam Skattebo: Ranked from the 50's - 104. Every mock I do he ends up BPA at some point. 969 Yards after contact w/ 17 tds(92 PFF Run Grade). Probably the best receiving back of the group. 81 forced missed tackles.  If the '24 and '25 draft classes were combined, IMO the rankings would be, in order: Jeanty, Hampton, Brooks, Johnson, Skattebo. I wouldn't take one high but I'd take one for Chubba and Brooks insurance.
