*Crazy storm at Dragonstone*

seemingly next day...

*Yara, Theon, Olenna, and the Martell's arrive unscathed, presumably by way of ship*

No mention of stormy seas. No pleasantries. "Let's talk war strategy"

lol

They hella rushed that part, all so they could give us an overly long and unnecessary sex scene.

I'm guessing Theon finds a lifeboat full of Ironborn that just happens to make it back to Dragonstone in time for Jon to be there.  cue awkwardness

The most absurd thing about that Dragonstone scene is Dany wishing she could remember being born.

Who the fug is writing this bullshit?

I had a totally different interpretation of Arya and her wolf scene. Seemed to me Arya was realizing that she is so changed that she doesn't belong in Winterfell. She is going to go back to King's Landing to kill Cersei. "That's not you" was her telling herself that. Also the writers made it clear how cold she was by the fire. Starks are supposed to be used to the cold.

I liked the episode overall, no Ed Sheran thank the old and the new.

Hot Pie's been eating too much of his own product. lol @ Arya's responses to him. Arya's basically become the Hound, which is cool in its own way.

Randyl Tarly's actor does a great job, and so does Jaime's.

Agreed definitely with these two items.

Funnily enough Arya and the Hound have been two of the stronger story lines for me left in the show.  I wouldn't mind either of them getting additional screen time, we'll see I guess.

I also enjoyed the scene between Jamie and Randyl, both good actors.

Overall this was definitely a filler/setup episode, It will be interesting to see how the pace progresses next week given the shortened nature of this season.

That was a really good episode, much better than the two previous ones.  I was about to get pissed when I realized the Casterly Rock battle would be so quick but the fact that it was all a trap made me good with it.

-Olenna was always awesome, she was one of my three favorite remaining character.  Going to miss her, but the way she went out was great
-I do like Euron a lot.  Cracks me up every time he mocks Jaime
-Sansa is definitely putting all her lessons to good use, she seems to know what she is doing
-I was under the impression from the previous episode that the Unsullied and Dothraki were both supposed to go to Casterly Rock but I guess the latter stayed back.  Am I misremembering what Tyrion said during battle planning?
-Bran is definitely much further gone than he was last season.  I wonder if the tree at Winterfell will make him stronger since it is his home
-Melisandre to Volantis.  I believe the only characters left on Essos that we really know are Dalario and Ja'qen and not sure what either can add at this point.  Be intersting to see who/what she returns with
-Last season Jamie told Edmure he could live in Casterly Rock.  Later on Walden mentioned that he was back in the dungeons.  One castle is taken and the other everyone is dead.  Does anybody know where he is?  If so could the Tullys reappear and fight for someone or have we just forgotten about them?
-I hope Arya and the Brotherhood is back next week.
