Game of Thrones Season 7

I think we'll see Nymeria again, else it would be pointless to show it.     It's possible the Starks are trained/informed by Bran that they are wargs and Arya uses them for the end-battle.    They are expensive but HBO has to put out money for next season, I mean, come on?   I still think they could do a big theatrical movie to end it, like a big 3-hour epic final.

Theon leaving may have been smart.   I think she's killed if he tries to save her.    If he does save her, they die anyway from the rest of the men.    This way, he can inform Dany about what happened, and also maybe go save her himself.     Or you know, maybe dude just NOPED out lol.

I really think Dany is going to be a villain of the story.    You can really tell she is changing and could become a Mad Queen.   Martin would never have a clear cut "hey guys let's form a super team and take on white walkers" in my opinion.

I do expect Littlefinger to die here soon.   Once Arya sees that he's alive and right there in Winterfell, it's go-time.

The biggest thought I had coming away from that last sequence is that we were seeing the rebirth of Reek amongst salt (the seawater) and smoke (duh, all the burning ships)...

Theon Greyjoy is the Prince That Was Promised?!?!?! lol

Overall, though... good episode. Quick hit reactions.

Varys has probably logged more miles than anyone in Westeros... He's also gangsta as hell, serving whomever looks after the streets the best...

Yawn on the Grey Worm/Missandei stuff. I'm hoping one or both of them die soon now.

Euron pwnt the Sand Snakes, so that was cool. They sucked.

Hot Pie's been eating too much of his own product. lol @ Arya's responses to him. Arya's basically become the Hound, which is cool in its own way.

I kinda think that's all we see of Nymeria, at least for this season. They were just closing the loop of what happened to her without trying to get all booky for people.

Sam curing Jorah was gross but awesome.

Randyl Tarly's actor does a great job, and so does Jaime's.

Sansa is annoying as hell, but I think she'll change a little while she's in charge.

From a military perspective, spreading your forces out that way is stupid.  Best to concentrate and overwhelm the enemy  before he (or she) can gather more forces.  Danerys should have skipped dragonstone altogether, marched straight to Kings Landing, landed ashore, gathered her forces and supplies, and attacked.  She would have won easily.  Of course, this way adds some drama and a few additional episodes.  :)

oh, and I will be honest.....the super secret Cersei plan to deal with dragons is lame IMO.  3 huge ass dragons not seen since who knows when.  Whatever shall we do.  Oh, a harpoon.  I'm gonna be pissed of they kill dragons with her harpoon.

Bran gets dragged through the snow by a girl for who knows how many miles and the Night King still hasn't made it to the Wall yet?  The WWs were at Hardhome which isn't very far away from Eastwatch by the Sea. That girl has some strength that's for sure -sarcasm-
