You're comparing a 20yd route, where he has to break down, stutter step, and take a hard left after 15 yds and then run about another 7-10 yds across and forward, to a 40yd dash.  That is not even close to a fair comparison, especially when this was a practice route on a wet field vs a 40yd dash on indoor turf  for millions of dollars. Again, if this was in a game, it's at least a 20yd completion down the field where the QB gets the ball out in 3 seconds. That's not that damn bad.

It's perfectly normal to express dislike over a players performance, fitness whatever. It's the falling all over each other to see who can be the biggest jerk and get laughs and pie that's annoying.
