I'm no BBQ expert but Mac's from Charlotte just went to Memphis and placed 2nd out of 236 entries in the World BBQ championship in Memphis this past weekend.

Like I said, I'm no expert but that's a nice accomplishment against what seems to be some good competition from all parts of the country.

Carolina fan or not, the concussion jokes are in poor taste. 

Never seen a roast? They are usually are in poor taste and brutal. It's kinda the idea of the whole thing. They aren't for everyone.
