Career considerations.

The Chargers have a longstanding (and well deserved) rep for being sh--ty to their players. Guys still sign there but I think it's kinda like the woman that dates a serial cheater while telling herself "Oh he'd never cheat on me; he loves me."

The Bills meanwhile have been a festival of fail since forever ago, but they have the excitement of a new coach and a new GM, both of whom are well known to Tre.

There's pros and cons.
