Kaepernick to the Panthers? Rappaport says it would work

If he wanted to be a backup I would do it. I don't like the guy (before the whole anthem thing- back when we played them in the playoffs) but he's actually a great player and showed improvement last year.

He would be able to do everything Cam does for us in the event Cam had to miss time.

Do not think it will happen because of DA and Big Cat.

Yo Kaepernick backing up Cam?

That'd be seeeexy.

Want to talk about Swiss Army knives... get them both on the field at the same time and make some anime shenanigans happen!

He deserves a starting job, I suspect this will happen by the time season starts.

meh, his ability to run would make me want him more than DA to be honest. we are screwed if cam goes down so its really a moot point.

So, what I hear you saying, is you don't think DA could get the ball into the hands of the play makers on our offense.

    • I have watched every Hornets game this season, minus the first game against the Heat.  I'm extremely frustrated with the injury situation even though I know it's not the players fault.  It just every season the same damn thing.  No matter who we draft, sign, or trade for, it's like we're cursed.  Melo and Brandon cannot win games by themselves, and it's honestly impressive how close they've come to doing that recently in several close, winnable games.  Mark Williams needs to get his ass back on the court soon or the ownership needs to start thinking long-term Plan B at Center, because without help inside, our dynamic backcourt will continue to see constant double teams.  And I love Moussa but he's not NBA starting center material.  Offensive hands on the level of Biyombo.
