FWIW, vasectomies are not 100%. You are supposed to go back a few months later to get tested to see if it worked and use back up protection until you are sure. A lot of post-vasectomy pregnancies are due to not doing the follow up appointment to make sure it worked. So, it's not necessarily the woman cheating. Although it could be that too.

It's been a while, but he was months behind on child support not too very long ago, and now his revenue stream has officially been shut off, I doubt he is keeping up.

That said, maybe he does still have money, and if so he is a sleezeball for not paying child support payments.
