Being reported now that the Bills have also hired Brian Gaine away from the Texans.  He'll be titled VP of Player Personnel in Buffalo. Gaine is a guy who's gotten a lot of GM looks in recent years.

Between their coaching staff and their front office hires, I gotta give McDermott a lot of credit.  they're building a structure up there which has some pieces that make me jealous,.
