Don't Mess With Curtis Samuel Part 2

A few days ago, I presented to everyone my findings of Samuel being aggressive when blocking. He shows off that no-nonsense vibe and demolishes the poor defender to the ground.

Well, I decided to revisit Samuel's tough attitude and was not disappointed. Not only is he quite aggresive with his blocks, he brings out a stiff arm like no other.

Looks like @Jeremy Igo was not kidding when he said this kid looks like Smitty.

I just replied to the other thread, but let's not get too overzealous here.

I want Samuel to be legendary. But, let him make his own legend.

There will never be another Smitty.

If Samuel can even bring 1/8th of the passion and aggression that made Smitty the GOAT, I will be happy.

Agreed. There's no one in the NFL who'd ever be able to compare to the greatness Smitty achieved.

Defenders visibly feared Smith. Even when one stepped up to challenge him it was like they knew they were going to lose the fight. It will be next to impossible to fill those shoes. I don't even want to try to make that comparison. It not fair.

Yea we are talking about a guy that got the triple crown and destroyed top CBS careers. D. Hall was never the same after Smitty got into his head. Then did the same to Talib 5 years later.

Exactly there is hope with new guys.. but how do they gel.. My problem is with Cam not having a quick release that is accurate...takes too long on the line and throws way high under duress..but we will see if the O-line can do its part... and help him

if you guys keep calling guys Smitty Jr. or the next coming with Steve Smith - you're gonna be disappoint.

don't get it twisted Steve Smith Sr. competivness and fiery spirit was a  good thing on the field but when you break your teamates freaking jaw in camp then thats definetly a bad thing to say the least.his communication skill were of a threatening demeanor and as a result was never able to groom another young WR.then on top of all that he didn't even have a good repertoire with Cam Newton which stemmed from jealousy more than likely ...the list literally goes on and on unfortunately

yeah i know everyone is referring to Samuels style of play and skill set but i lost alot of respect for the way Smitty treated his teamates over the years and what he had to say about this orginization

flame away...
