LOL at the Buffalo Bills

I have a friend that was born and raised in Buffalo and grew up as a huge bills fan. He is old enough to remember those four super bowl loses. I told him I couldn't imagine that and what could possibly be worse?

He said Atlanta blowing a 28-3 lead in the super bowl was possibly worse than what the Bills did. I laughed but he was dead serious. I'm not sure which is worse now.

I might have to agree with your friend.

Buffalo almost won the 1st SB against NY but lost on the Norwood FG miss. They were pretty much steam rolled in the 91 and 92 losses to the Skins and Dallas. They were ahead at halftime in the 2nd SB loss to Dallas in 93, but quickly lost control of that game in the 3rd quarter.

If you ask any Bills fan which loss hurt the most, they'll probably pick the 1st loss to the Giants. The last 3 SB losses were decided pretty much by the start of the 4th quarter. The 1st SB loss is a game they probably should've won even though they needed  a comeback to pull that off.  They were trying to snatch victory out of the hands of defeat.

Imagine how Buffalo fans would feel if they were up by 25 points with a quarter and a half to play and lost. That would be snatching defeat out of the hands of victory. Which, is exactly what the Falcons did with their 2nd half choke to the Patriots.

I wouldn't want to experience either of those two humiliations. But, I think the ATL loss would be harder to digest. The Bills weren't more talented than the teams they lost to in the last 3 SB's. You could easily make a case that the better team won.  Man per man, I don't think the 2016 Pats were more talented than the 2016 Falcons. NE's best offensive playmaker, Gronkowski, didn't even play because of injury. And,  for 3.5 quarters the Falcons absolutely dominated the game. That's got to hurt even more.

Yea but you have a better chance of winning the lottery than a NFL team losing 3 consecutive times.

talk about lol...where did you come up with this ridiculousness at?

the chances of winning or losing a football game is always 50/50.

i don't. LOL at the raggedy ass buffalo bills

Say what you will about the Bills. I have been to see the Panthers play at Ralph Wilson stadium in Orchard Park. Let me tell you those people know how to tailgate. Of course not making a playoff run since 99 has ultimately made them professionals at it in that regard. What else do they have to do? Sure, the team needs (has needed) a hell of a lot of work but the folk there treated me with respect and alcohol. Unforgettable experience. Did I mention copious amount of alcohol?

Still on the fence about this particular brew, though.

That's exactly why it's unlikely dumbass. Do yourself a favor and learn odds.

hey idiot go do yourself a favor and use some common sense if you have ANY and realize that the odds of inning or losing ANY football game is 50/50...

btw,you know WHY Vegas doesn't offer bets for winning and losing streaks because they aint a DUMBASS like you

yes but if its 50/50, then over enough games, the bills should win half of them (probability alone, not accounting for independent causal factors, which should also even out over time). Four isn't enough for that probability to bear out but its about as close as you'll find in major sports. So you are both right, strangely.

it's the SAME identical thing as flipping a coin sure you can make a hypothetical prediction or GUESS at how many heads or tails will fall but in reality the FACT is that each time you flip that coin then the odds reset to 50//50 no matter what has happened in the past

Obviously you don't understand 50/50 odds are better than most. Vegas plays to win and they like odd about 70/20. I swear you are a dumb motherfuger.
