it works i drink black coffee and seltzer up until like 5 and then i feast and stay under my calories .

It's been in use hundreds of years and Hippocrates espoused its many benefits. It's neither new, nor unsafe and I have seen significant benefits since I started. I'm going to 96 hours this week.

Calories have nothing to do with it, same with weight loss in general. It's a hormonal thing, not caloric.

Calories have nothing to do with weight loss? WtF

I do it. Typically do a 36 hour fast followed by 36 hours of eating. 3 day cycle.  Really cuts the weight. Add in Keto and its pretty insane

saying its "starving" is completly ignorant. You dont starve until your body doesnt have any fat to use and you break down vital body tissues

wana lose weight? Stop pitting food in your mouth. That simple. Obviously dont go too far with it.

Serious health and spiritual benifits of fasting

keto is the best for fat loss

Somehow a unit of energy isn't really a unit of energy. Also, climate change is a hoax and Trump is a great president.

I sometimes try to imagine what the world is like in JOAT's universe.

So one calories from a Snickers is the same as one calorie from broccoli?

Yes, my world of logic would certainly throw you off.

In terms of weight loss or weight gain, yes, by its very definition.

This reminds me of the old "pound of led or pound of feathers" argument, only you are getting the answer wrong and proud of it.

Lol, ok. So if I eat 2500 calories per day of refined carbohydrates vs that of nutrient dense vegetables it's the same?

Lol, I can't get over this nonsense.

In terms of energy in.... yes. If you eat 3500 extra calories of either you will gain a pound.

Good lord, this isn't difficult.
