Beane was already starting to take over duties during scouting and the draft. He played a big part in the draft board and he alone made the trades the last few drafts. 

 

He's going to do awesome in Buffalo if he has control.

Just came out shortly ago that beane will in fact have control over the roster and scouting department. Expect more heads to roll in Buffalo with Beanes experience in pro personal.
