"I know very little about the details, but i think its safe to say that in all likelyhood Ohers career in carolina is over"

A)Ohers innoence nor guilt has nothing to with becoming a locker room distraction once the media decides to get involved

B) just a couple weeks ago the Panthers signed a UDFA defensive tackle by the last name of Barber and then turned right around and withdrew that offer once the front office found out that the kid was CHARGED for assaulting one of his male peers.

C)this front office and especially JR appear to have a ZERO policy on any type of assault whatsoever

D) there is a very REAL possibility that Ohers health could be endagered if he continues to play football

E) Goodell will do WHATEVER to appease the media to still cover his own ass for the mishandling of the Rice case.

so yeah i think it's FAIR to say as of right now that in all likelihood Ohers career in Carolina is over

uh yeah... that last paragraph right there

id have the same reaction

you're claiming self defense because of the hand to the face.however the magistrate and prosecuter seems to think otherwise for some reason?the driver in fact never struck Oher with his hand but instead only came into contact with Ohers face while possibly trying to protect or guard himself from Ohers assault.but still yet i don't know and YOU don't know the details

but what i do KNOW is that there is no reason that a NFL left tackle or anybody for that matter should have a justifiable reason for  kicking a defenseless uber driver while he was lying on his back.

The fishy part: Uber driver getting out to open the door for riders. That doesn't seem real.

Idk. I've had Uber drivers do this for me.

I think it depends on the scenario/driver.

I'd prob open a professional athletes door as well. #coolpoints

The world we live in now. Media takes something and crams it down our throats whether is is true or false. I agree with you, innocent until proven guilty.

They don't report the News anymore they write Editorials and pass it off as News!  There has been 2 completely different stories about what happened with Oher but just like the media wants people jump to conclusions based on the latest Editorial.

Sounds like just a bunch of silliness that is being blown out of proportion and nothing that is that serious

Yeah it's not like he beat the crap out of the guy, he pushed him to the ground and kicked him in the leg.

In the photo/mugshot, he looks heavier than the player shot below.  I think he is done in more ways than one.  You can blame the media or the legal system if you like, but this was a terrible draft for OL and we grabbed a T in the second round.  From the looks of his face, he has gained weight and is out of shape--maybe I am reaching, but there is additional weight on the face in the mugshot.

I think Moton will be our day 1 starter at RT.
