You're right, Cam shouldn't be held responsible for everything but don't act for a second that he doesn't run the offense. He's the leader of it. Thus, if your weapons aren't taking seriously enough then beat them into mush or replace them.

I respect the opposing opinions in here but you guys wouldn't complain at all if Cam were a just tad bit more like Rodgers, Brady and Jameis in this area. 

I'm quite positive Cam also EXPECTS his teammates to show up in shape ready to go as well.
