Anyway, this is all Kelvin. The fact the you brought Cam into this is irrelevant. Kelvin is a grown ass man that should be making his own decisions and if that fails is surrounded by leaders like Olsen, TD, and R.Khalil that like Cam, won't get in your face either. And if I remember correctly Cam and Kelvin spent all of Kelvins rookie off season working out, so there goes your argument about Cam not ever forcing Kelvin to workout with him.

That's what I keep telling myself when I can't lose weight after killing it in the gym and cardio.

Exercise is a terrible way to lose weight. Speeds up your metabolism, makes you hungrier. One bojangles biscuit is 30 minutes on the treadmill. 

The only answer is calorie reduction. Intake around 1700 calories a day and you will lose at least at least 2 pounds a week, guaranteed. That is all the high protein diets like atkins, paleo, zone, keto, etc do. The truth is you can eat whatever you want to lose weight, just make sure you don't go over 1700 calories.

I lost all of that within the first 4 or 5 though. The only time I owe weight no matter what I do is when I take off and do these extended bike trips. Then when I return I keep my eating habits but stop riding all day and I get fat.

I know it's the riding all the time that makes me lose weight. I've done it about 4 times in 7 years

Your half wrong. Calorie reduction eats into your muscles before it cuts fat. For a athlete to lose weight and keep muscle it's a very complex regiment of reducing carbs and weight training.

We gotta stop expecting Cam to be everything. Hell where is Ron? where is Gettleman? Where are the trainers? Hell where his mama at while we're at it? Peyton ain't keep Marvin Harrison from shooting people and Tom Brady ain't keep Aaron Hernandez from playing real life GTA, so why you asking where Cam is? That man gotta better things to do than to be worrying about who is weighing what especially before training camp.
