One On One With Alex Armah

Don't care if he cant "catch" a cold as long as he can lead block like a bulldozer. If he can help them get that extra 3 or 4 yards on the ground by crushing people, instead of Stew having to drag guys so he doesn't get stuffed behind the line.....then I'm good with it.

He certainly looks the part for sure. Bet he could be an amazing special teamer as well. I'm interested to see how his role pans out.

I really like all our rookies so far. Most worried about the kicker since he only showed one year of consistency, but I have heard good things otherwise.

Agree. Wasn't thrilled about McC before the draft and wanted some of the top depth on defense in the first 2 rounds but all in all I'm extremely happy with this draft class of ours as a whole. McC and Samuel are exciting as hell for the offense, and Moton gave us much needed help at OT and seems like a total beast despite being a smaller school guy which I don't like from linemen. Hall seems like Ealy except with the drive and willingness to be great that Ealy never had. Corn was the most questionable to me mainly just because he seems like he'll stick to nickel and we have Captain there but for a fifth rounder he can provide solid depth so still seems like a solid pick. Also if there are injuries, could move Cap outside with Corn at nickel, so it can work out. Love Armah, already one of my favorite players, mainly just because of the position though. Hope he works out and contributes. And don't know a whole lot about Butker's college career but I like the fact that we drafted a kicker to compete with Gano and hopefully win the job.

besides former TE Armah being just a bruising lead blocker he also should be occasionally targeted on play action passes.this kid will definetly be a handful to bring down if he happens to reach the second level with a full head of steam.
