Taiwan now. They have pretty good slices here...but it's significantly more expensive than SE Asia I had 2 slices and a beer and it was close to 20 dollars. 

Even in SE Asia it's pricy. Cheese is a specialty item.

yeah when we were filming in cambodia i took the team out for pizza in kampong speu and it was seven bucks apiece. outrageous by SEA standards. of course then they all had to poo in the jungle twenty times the next day... lesson learned
