He did, but it's not just about quick feet in drills. If your feet are quick, but your head's not up, it's not good. @LinvilleGorge tagging you since you are in the middle of the quote. Moton is doing the drill correctly, 71 is just trying to go fast.

Eh...idk about that.  His footwork is terrible.

But dude in the background has me on the floor right now hahahaha.

That's a little weak. Most people paying attention knows that as the so-called swiss army knife, he will be involved in both the rushing AND passing game.

All-purpose yards, bruh.

Don't encourage the man.

He wants to eat his coach.

Lemme just throw this in...

Can't speak for anybody else, but when you're watching the videos and interviews of these young kids who are new to the team or trying to catch on, I love to hear them say "keep pounding".

I'm fairly certain that the coaches and leaders explain the importance of that phrase to these kids early on in the  process. When they repeat it, that tells me they're buying in, they respect the organization, they understand what it's about and on top of all else it's a nod to one of this team's greatest men.

Keep pounding, kids. Don't just say it. Live it.

Holy fug did not expect this thread to be so long, I was working all day so this is the first time I saw it

Honestly McCaffrey does look pretty slender but he's not a power back. And people forgetting he's only like 10 lbs lighter than Ladanian Tomlinson and Marshal Faulk  were in their primes, and  around the same weight as LeSean McCoy is right now. If we're really going to use him as a PR/KR, receiver, and if he wants to keep his speed/shiftiness, he can't really gain a whole lot of weight and keep being as nimble as he is.

David Newton ESPN Staff Writer

The Panthers are so serious about upgrading speed that they brought in sprinter Marvin Bracy, who qualified for the 2016 Summer Olympics in the 100 meters, for a tryout. The former Florida State receiver said he not only is the fastest member of the Panthers, but probably would be the fastest player in the NFL if he makes Carolina's roster or that of another team.

My god he has a PB of 9.93 and qualified 3rd in the 2016 US Trials with a 9.98

No question he would be the fastest in the NFL holy crap, that is fuging flying
