The Panthers have had one heck of an offensive overhaul. Adding depth to an o-line that needs it, and giving Cam two shiny new weapons, there's no reason to think that the Panthers will not at the least be extremely competitive this year. Very little could be done to improve such a juggernaut.

However, that doesn't mean there isn't any room for improvement.

The Panthers have Greg Olsen, then a bunch of JAGS behind him. No one would be worthy enough to even come on the field in his place and be a threat. Panther fans have hoped the draft would be a solution to the problem with quality guys lasting until the fifth round, but alas, that was never to be the case.

Even so, an old name has recently been thrown around as a possible Panther in the near future, and looks like it's not just one sided.

Take a look:

Take this what you will. Barnidge is certainly not out of play.

-Depends on what Barnidge wants more money or chance to come back home and play for a  SB contending team with a good veterans contract?

-More weapons around him means more opportunites for him to make big plays & less physical wear & tear.

-This will definitely help the offense against delayed blitz & teams trying to stack the box. The multiple formation   possiblities with the same perssonel will keep this offense dynamic & flexible to find the best matchups

-Team ball!
