I imagine if we could come to terms with him verbally, we could cut Dickson to free up another $2M before Barnidge puts pen to paper if need be.

I'd be fine with it either way. Gary will be 32 and is coming off a bad year but he would be an upgrade over Ed Dickson.

All for this to happen. This is the missing piece for this offense to be on another level. Just hope the Bills don't throw big $ at him. Who could possibly want to play up in that cold and snow. Unless he loves to bowl off course.....he can get chicken wings anywhere.

Depends on what Barnidge wants more money  or chance to come back home and play for a winning SB team. Average veteran contract?

Everyone has to remember most TEs also make about runningback money or way less. TEs usually don't get a huge sum of money because it's just not a position in the NFL given a lot of money.

Cut Dickson, get Barnidge with Boston and Dickson's money. Makes complete sense.
