Fozzy does a lot of dirty work on ST we won't ask McCaffrey or Samuels to do.  And Artis-Payne doesn't do.  If Stewart went down I'd imagine we'd just go with McCaffrey as our primary runner anyway.

I'd be kinda surprised if Sanchez Ross or Armah do better than PS

at this point I agree with the op on all his picks except punter.  I think lee took a paycut, therefore I believe he will stay.

A few notes:

 

1. No way we carry that many receivers with MCaffery being able to play the slot. Fred Ross' spot in your list goes to another tackle. 

 

2. Anderson may be gone this year too. We always relied on him being the best back up QB in the league but last year proved that he didn't have it anymore. Expect Webb to be our clear cut back up going forward. 

 

3. Boulware won't make the 53. 

 

4. Sanchez won't make the 53 either. 3/5 corners being undersized makes no sense. This is where a veteran comes in before training camp and makes the roster

same I agree with almost everything but Sanchez and I think Garrett has a decent shot to make the roster this year

I don't think we keep that many WRs. 

CMC could be counted as a WR, for 53 purposes.

I wonder what the % of players that DG has drafted are still on the team.  Extrapolate that to this years class... where everyone thinks that all of the players are "steals" and starters... I'll bet half are not on the team in 3 years... or more.

I'd sub Norris for Boulware, Palardy for Lee, Teddy Williams for Sanchez, Simonson for Manhertz, and Kaelin Clay for Ross.

I am honestly excited about our WR corps this year, compared to the last 3. We have a lot of talent on our team, now they just need to prove it "Do your Job".
