I had no issue with Yarbs. At least he had some sports knowledge.

The biggest deficiencies FNZ has are it's on air personalities lacking knowledge and cheering for out of market teams.

Having hosts that cheered for out of market teams was always baffling to me.

Hate to see the guys go. QCB and his humor really grew on me over the years. I enjoyed is comedic relief. Some people just took him too seriously as they probably do most things in life.

The new guy Bailey seems like a natural on the radio. Instantly started standing out and seems to know his stuff. Thought the same thing about Kroeger when he first started out.

I guess this link makes it official: http://www.wfnz.com/shows/garcia-bailey-show

The Garcia & Bailey Show will run from 10a-2p. Kroeger now runs from 2p-6p. Don't know what this means for the 6 o'clock hour, maybe it's been given up to generic national broadcasting.

Poor Kyle Bailey. He is actually pretty solid and now he doesn't stand a chance.

What has Geoff said about Cam?

It was during the season he was saying how he knows people in the locker room we're getting fed up with Cam's antics. He was saying how the offensive lineman would roll their eyes when he got sacked and it was very telling when he gets sacked no one would go help him up, which was a lie. He said when Cam got sacked he is very demonstrative and the O-line was taking it personally. This is all BS.

Trai Turner has gotten multiple penalties sticking up for Cam. Michael Oher would tweet during the season how refs were treating Cam unfairly. Cam's best friend on the team could very well be Ryan Kali. He was clearly making stuff up.

i also remember seeing a back and forth on twitter between Schwartz and a couple of fans where Schwartz made up some stat on how to gauge quarterbacks. This stat made Cam look very poor and made it seem like he was the major issue for the teams offensive struggles. Greg Olsen finally called him out on his bullshit and the Schwartz disappeared the rest of the day.

Well he's entitled to his opinion but there's also some semblance of jealousy that he's seen Cam succeed while he (through no fault of his own in 2011) never got to play with an MVP QB

Also, why would an offensive lineman roll his eyes when his QB gets sacked, esp since Cam is a mobile QB and not a statue? Every time the OL gives up a sack they hear it in the film room because chances are someone missed an assignment.

I agree everyone is entitled to their own opinion, but he was stating the locker room stuff as facts. I would watch every game and see the O-line help Cam up and he would come on the next day and say how they never would. He just lies to the point where Olsen called him out.

WFNZ needs to stop with these musical chairs on the prime time shows. They need to either give Krueger his own show or admit he can't carry his own show and give him a permanent partner. Schwartz and the old guy are cringe worthy bad.

Seems to a large part of the change over. I don't listen as much anymore now that I'm in the triangle area for school, but I started listening around 2007 and back then there were probably more on air guys that were fans of other teams (QCB, Mark Packer, Yarbs, etc) come to mind. Now it seems they are really making sure they have guys on there who root for the home team (Mac, Frank, Kroegs all being Panthers fans). Another reason for the change seems to be just business and trimming the fat. They effectively reduced from 4 shows to 3 and cut lots of their roster.
