Hope we destroy the Bills on Sept 17th.

With all their meddling, and poaching our staff I think it's time to teach these dicks a lesson.  Wasn't really pissed off until it was let out they used our draft data against us.  Why is Beane so important anyway?  Seems like he gave our information to Buffalo, so let him take the job or fire him.

Anyway....Buffalo needs to get destroyed.

He was a coordinator on our team for Six years. After all that time do you think he didn't know what we looked for and what we needed in the draft? He didn't need any help. I guarantee we have an unofficial draft board year round where people get moved on and off for various reasons. You don't think he would've been privy to that info prior to taking the Buffalo job?

Come on man, take the aluminum hat off and move on.

I do hope we beat their ass this season but thats because they are on our schedule.

GO PANTHERS!

This conspiracy theory just seems far fetched to me.  Beane is the assistant GM.  I'm assuming he was in the war room.  Am I supposed to believe he was somehow communicating our information to Buffalo.  I call BS.

Just read it on Charlotte.com.

http://www.charlotteobserver.com/sports/nfl/carolina-panthers/article147912534.html

Goes on to talk about how they jumped us to take Dawkins in the 2nd round. We grabbed Moton the very next pick.

I don't think that that article refers in any way to "us[ing] draft data against us." I thought there was a new, credible development on the whole Buffalo/McDermott/Beane "scandal".

Carry on, folks.

No tin foil hat man.  This just seems to be the indication.  There is no way McD could have known exactly what we were going to do with that degree of specificity.

Your missing the point.  Whether or not it's just McD. The Bills have been targeting our continuity all off season. Hope the fans show out for that game.

If Beane leaves for Buffalo I might entertain it but its pretty far fetched.  Who says we had Dawkins and Jones higher?  Bills knew we worked them out just like lots of teams did

    • KC has a very good defense this year. It is 5th overall. Yes, still worse than last year, but their offense is considerably worse. Their passing D may be their "weakness" but they still allow fewer than 20 ppg. BY completed several deep passes yesterday, and he was able to threaten downfield in ways he didn't seem capable of before the benching. I'm not necessarily worried about his ability to connect deep anymore. What to me was impressive was that he did all this without a run game. We used the pass to set up what little running success we had. Wild.
    • Solid and fair assessment.   I will say, one of the big things I noticed yesterday was that he wasn't shy to step up into the pocket in the face of pressure.  He's trusting the IOL.  And they took care of Chris Jones yesterday.  We had clean pockets but also good success rate vs. pressure which just hasn't been the case with Bryce.   If he has more confidence the OL gets it done and he can navigate and step up for throws, that's huge.  It's one of the biggest things that's held him back.  He was previously bailing quickly and just too easily throwing away or making dead plays.     He was finding his 2nd to 3rd reads within structure/without bailing in the pocket.  That was nice to see, as much concern I have with him.  And the overall limitations will always be there. Time to back it up this week against the Bucs.
    • Suddenly the Cowgirls look like our best chance for a win remaining. I think the Bucs are playing better than the Falcons of late.  Our lone game versus the dirty birds is in the ATL where we always struggle.  The Cardinals are marginally better than I thought they would be. We are not beating the Eagles, they are starting to roll. I'm saying two at most, next week at home versus the Bucs and the Cowgirls.
