both players might need a change of scenery.

It's interesting their stats are actually pretty comparable. I think it comes down to whether or not you trust Sammy Watkins to be healthy or Kelvin to be motivated.

One big difference that jumps out to me though: age. Watkins is three years younger than Kelvin.

I think a change of scenery would benefit both guys as well, but I'm not quite ready to give up on Kelvin yet. But Gettleman doesn't give a fug about what I think or any of us thinks. He's proven with Steve and Josh he will move on from a player at the drop of a hat.

We were a better offense in 2015 because the OL held up.

That is all.....

You guys gotta stop with that fallacy.  Our whole starting offensive line played in three straight games and got torched by two good-okay defenses in the Broncos and Vikings.

Good-okay defenses? Those were the #3 and #4 overall defenses in the league. They were great defenses, especially considering the fact that both of their offenses sucked (#27 and #28) and struggled to keep them off the field.

KB is average and lazy. He obviously loves to eat more than he appreciates his career.

I agree that he looked lazy at times last season, but the guy still had pretty good numbers for a guy that big who as coming off an ACL. He looked pretty good to me late in the season.

As for his weight right now, everybody is overreacting badly. The guy looks fine to me. When you're that tall and have his body type, you can lose or gain 10-15lbs in no time flat.

Oher played with a concussion in that Vikings game.

I didn't realize the guarantee only kicks in on the first day of the 2018 league year (unless KB was injured and wouldn't be able to play in 2018).

I now do believe Gettleman will pick up the option. Can always cut him at the end of the 2017 season if he struggles.

When I think of great, I think of all time, good sir.  Hence the good-okay defenses.

The lack of football IQ is amazing, lol at the OL of 2015 holding up better than it did in 2016 being fallacy.....

All you have to do is go look at the lines in 13/14 to see that 2016 mirrored the HORRIBLE combinations and outcomes from those season in regard to QB protection, and the lack of time allowed for the plays to develop.

LOL... okay. Put those defenses in any era of football and they would've been great.

333 yards vs. Denver, they averaged giving up 316. 306 yards vs. Minnesota, they averaged giving up 315. They won the games which is all that matters at the end of the day, but in terms of yardage they were pretty average defensive performances for those teams.
