So what you're saying is that nothing has held him back this offseason?
OK.
So why isn't he in shape?

Well i hope you know it's still the offseason and he still has time to get in shape sorry to burst your bubble but you are wrong also

I usually agree with ya, Red, but allowing yourself to balloon up in the off-season (even if it isn't 280 lbs) is not a "mistake".  He didn't "mistakenly" stuff his face.  I'm betting he actually picked up that pizza in his own little hands and fed himself.  A LOT.

Its not a "mistake".  Its an act of unprofessionalism.  ESPECIALLY at the position he plays.

You can't say he "ballooned" if you don't even know for sure what his current weight is, lol seriously?

Watch the recent workout videos that he is in.

If that's "ballooning" to you, then I can't help you.

If he was only a couple of pounds over, his head coach wouldn't be saying in PUBLIC that he was overweight.

Overweight has an actual meaning... and natural variation by a pound or two is not part of that meaning.

If you don't understand that, I can't help you.

Let's be real here. "Media" says 280 so now people start to panic...well the ones who listen to that #fakenews ex Panther DJ.

Rivera tries to quell it by saying he's a little overweight but is working hard to get to playing weight and do everything the right way. National media hears this and then takes part of reports and says it as fact. The 280 number is now gospel. If it's not 280 then people assume it's 275.

Fans then read National Media reports and believe it's true, when all along it came from the same guy who challenges Cams intelligence and leadership every chance he gets.

Now we get faced with people jumping to conclusions, labeling him bust and even worse talking about position change based off of an inaccurate report made in April made by a freaking dumbass.

Ron didn't specify how much over he was, his coach speak with the media leaves something to be desired at times. That's what started the whole thing. He did however refute claims KB's weight was 280. And he in no way shape or form used the term "ballooned".

The media is having a field day with this because it's a juicy story in a long offseason, and they can build up the story. It's the same type of spin and piling on we see from the media about our QB, which you are quick to see through. Strangely enough however you can't see through this, and are joining in on the fracas. Which to me says you need to work on your consistency, otherwise I guess you'll be joining in when the media begins their next round of hit pieces on Cam Newton, right?

you're free to ask any of the beat reporters who cover the team. it has not happened yet.

well bob turns out their was some smoke to that fire and now it seems that Wednesday deadline is looming large. I still expect them to do it- it only provides us with flexibility but who knows?

good call.
