I actually liked that interview. It was candid enough, a little more than he is usually (And I am one who would rather he err on the side he does anyway, which is saying nothing.) without bus throwing under.

I am also very glad he included coaching in that list.

he didnt give any foxisms. and it sounded like he knows hes on the hot seat. especially with "We've got to do a better job; we've got to do a better job of coaching; we've got to do a better job of playing in all three phases"

I agree. Although his points about it "mostly being mental", I don't think is completely accurate. I mean, isn't the tackling issue a PHYSICAL thing?

Maybe he feels that it is more of a being out of position/bad angle issue which would likely be more mental. Or could be "MOSTLY" meaning "every problem we have BUT tackling is mental"?

I always though that coaches were less angry about being beat physically than being beat mentally though. I must have that reversed.
