Coleman was jettisoned from 3 teams and averaged 2 ints per year for 5 years before coming here and having 7 in year one.  Fit matters.

Coleman had also shown actual prowess in his 5 years prior to coming to Carolina with 10 ints.

He had also had plenty of prior experience with Sean McDermott in Philadelphia.

Pryor has neither shown actual prowess nor has he had any experience at all with the system that we run.

Actually if I recall we were very interested in him but he was out out range and we needed WR/OL far more.  Again watch the tape-he's making plays against the likes of OBJ, Gronk, Witten, Watt, etc.

Good.

Lets sign him for next to nothing and no risk after the NYJ cut him rather than pushing $1.5M worth of chips on the table.

Yeah, I think we can find a fit that costs less than $1.5M.

Yeah no come back for that right??

And 1.5mil isn't any of your money and pretty cheap for a young former 1st round talent..

We paid more to Smitty while he played for the Ravens..

You mean outside the fact that Pryor is 5-11/205 and Mitchell is 6-1/215?

And that you seem to believe every reclamation project will be a success because you feel it in your heart?

He's been on the block for a while now and the Panthers have shown less than zero interest for good reason.

But I recommend you keeping your hopes up.

Omg your come back is size and weight.. What happen to the stats..

Or the fact 1 was considered a 1st round talent and the other was a 3rd round player..

And we are just hearing he's on the market so 2 days and you're acting like nobody is interested???

Haha..

Yeah keep trying maybe one day your opinion will be right..

So when we don't come anywhere near this failed bust, you're going to admit my opinion is right, correct?

And, no, I won't hold my breath, Mrs. Pryor.

Not really-it all bubbled to the surface at the end of the year.  Both teams played FA and the draft as they saw fit and the reasons to work something out between the two sides now look FAR more attractive as opposed to January for multiple reasons.
