All I see on film is a dude with zero pass rushing moves, which his stats confirm / backup.

Yeah 7 sacks and 14 TFL in the SEC is just awful

Drafting need means nothing if the dude can not play. 

Prefer not to get complete projects in the 3rd round. 

Rounds 1-3 you should be able to get guys who produced in college. 

Rounds 4-7 is where you can draft projects.

The Panthers traded their 98th pick (third-round compensatory for Josh Norman) and fourth-round pick (115) to the Cardinals to get Texas A&M defensive end Daeshon Hall. Not a lot to get a need position.

7 sacks considering you was opposite of him getting all the attention and double teams is underwhelming.

It's a 3rd round pick I said I liked the pick. I don't know what else you want.
