Peppers and Addison are solid. We still need depth and youth, but I don't think they suck. It's better than last year and we were 2nd in sacks.

Weren't we near the top of the league in sacks last year?

It sure as hell wasn't Kony Ealy giving us those numbers.

Peppers is done.

Addison is a good pass rusher but not a great run defender.

LOL Peppers has gotten at least 7 sacks in all but one of his NFL seasons . If he's anywhere near done his production certainly isn't flagging

Not a lot of DE guys that I see getting on the field, why waste picks if you think they are not up to speed?  As I asked last night, I wonder which 43 DE's are free agents next year.

Also, as I mentioned several times, I think Oher will retire before the season starts, maybe within a month

Don't get it. Ingram's been great. I posted his stats above. Crazy to waste a 2nd pick next year for Kamara with Ingram and Peterson.

Me neither. Saints are dumb. I'm fine if you take Kamara but giving up a second? Crazy

Short was underwhelming last season and our LBs should not be blitzing on every other down. Good passing teams killed us when we did.

Personal take is that our woes was centered around Ealy playing like a Jag. Of course, rookie development too, but our pass rush increased significantly when Ealy had less reps.

Now, for totally selfish reasons, if Lawson drops to the bottom of the 3rd, I hope we pick my Auburn boy. <3
