i only stated one postive thread about this year and i said dallas was going to be our easiest opponent year to date..i still stand by that statement, not my fault that we sucked worse than them..and i never said we would win the game either

Well, the Dolphins went 4-0 in the preseason and played very well. And now they are 0-3 just like us.... so ehhh...

I can't see into the future, but I can say that I felt no excitement or buzz going into this season for the first time in a long time. Everything in the offseason "felt" off.

This chapter of the franchise has closed. This season is like watching a painful sequel that shouldn't have been made.

It been three games against a tough schedule. Stop acting like the season is over, because it isn't.

Week one was against a healthy Eagles team with a strong game plan that we were not ready for. Week two was against a poised Falcons team in Atlanta (a place where we usually have trouble winning even when playing our best football). Week three was against a hyped Dallas team in their new home on MNF.

Turnovers knocked us out of all three games just like it did against Arizona last year in the playoffs. If we turn the ball over as much as we have--and we get behind with the type of offense we have--we are going to lose.

I don't think I was guilty of any of those comments, but I was definately trying to be positive in the preseason and probably said a few things out of turn with team detractors. Now that the finished product has been trotted out for three games, I'll change my stance on that.

Its not about the preseason record. Its about the horrid fundamentals that we were seeing, and the way we played overall during the preseason.

Besides, if you REALLY want to look at records...

Miami played Jags, Panthers, Bucs, and the Saints (In that order). Game 4, you dont really play starters for more than a series. So combine the first three teams records thus far and ya get 1-8.

They beat terrible teams in the preseason!
