Which Analyst Was The Most Accurate

It doesn't matter if they are close or correct. It matters that people visit their content. It doesn't even matter if our elected officials are good or correct anymore. We don't seem to care

They pay these guys to do it because it's entertaining. Every year Mel Kiper's accuracy goes down, but he's unfazed. Every year we all bitch about him, but inevitably 50 people will post his predictions in one of their threads. It's just fun to run the what-if's.

You have to love his story though. He started in his basement with scouting and what not and marketed himself well enough to climb into where he is now. Personally, I think Jeremy covers the Panther's much better than people like David Newton and Fowler who are paid to do it. May not have the proper writing style for publication but he seems to be correct more often than not on all things Panthers.

Honestly it doesn't mean poo and doesn't matter whatsoever how an analysts mock pans out.

What matters more is his bigboard and who he thinks the best player(s) are and where they rank in that list. Then you compare that to how those players do.

You cannot just randomly guess where a player is going to go just based off your big board. Teams have different opinions and needs so a mock draft accuracy is meaningless and quite stupid anyway.

Evaluating individual talent is much more important.
